Communication of condition of furniture could have been better. Requested notification of condition at pick up, items arrived in poor condition without communication from shipper that they were in such condition. Pieces were even missing. Pics offered by shipper prior to pick up; however at pick up no pics taken.

Just to clarify. These chairs were the responsibility of the buyer to assure what they were buying not us. We were paid to transport not be their eyes. We did not know what was being purchased. As a courtesy we returned a second time because of the difficulty of pickup. I would not use this buyer ever again. Damn shame!

Marble top damage, but not all shipper's fault. Indicated she would send a granite repair person to take a look and quote repair - that did not happen. Inside of wood piece scratched up b/c wine rack left inside during transport. Shipper needed a lot of help from homeowner with lifting/carrying, etc. Nice lady though and did her best.

Excellent shipper. Took extreme care with my items wrapping them well and checking condition before delivery to my home. Good communication and great rates. Highly Recommend!

Jeff took very good care of my expensive furniture. The shipment was timely. His communication was strong. He is trustworthy. He even worked around my schedule for delivery. I would use his services again.
