Attention, make sure you inspect any shipment with this customer. Posted and booked a shipment with us for 400 LBS, after inspection it was found with 675 LBS. Mention then we provided fake documents, don`t want pay weight increase fee. Shipment not proper packed and claiming damage. Leaving false negative feedback. Avoid business at all to get no pain. NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY FUTURE BUSINESS.

Check all shipment comments, they are mostly negative , they always got an excuse , that why they don’t take uship payment they want to get your credit/debit information to charge you, be aware they are not fully backed by uship when you sign there own contract

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We try to call the customer for 2 days and he is not picking up calls. We had a driver sitting waiting for us to send a confirmation we send the contract to the customer but he didn't sign it.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I approve the cancellation at customer request Customer initially ask for pallet jack Unfortunately pallet jack it’s not enough to rise the engine To the desired height, hoist or crane will be needed I’m approving cancellation at not charge for customer

I was overcharged, transporter lied and said the car didn’t move , which the car did move when it arrived , was not a good experience, car was not picked up or dropped off on the date I provided

Warning do not used now move USA , the worst communication ever, over charges , company is a scam , my package was 1 week late ,package arrived with no straps and missing items, they tried to charge my credit card without my consent, worst customer service ever , please stay away

Shipment was delivered on time. Posted and booked with 400 LBS, found after reweight with 675 LBS. Communication on time to every e mail. Shipment placed on hold due to missing weight increase fee. Shipment damage can be happen and we are sorry for it, a claim can be filled. We provided a great service. Thanks
