The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I always send palletized engines with Tforce and never had an issue until today. Driver did not want to take it. Said it must be crated. Driver called in and spoke to a woman who told him not to take it. Told him I've sent several and the other driver who typically comes has never given me any issues. Unfortunate as I really liked working with Tforce.
