A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We ended up in unforeseen traffic that happened abruptly we were on schedule until then and unfortunately we didn’t have the hours of the close of business so where the items were at until we went to go schedule the appointment to pick up the client a.k.a. shipper had called us with the woman’s number just an hour and a half ago to call her and make the appointment for pick up when we did it when she informed us of the time that they close we were making that time until this traffic so we didn’t
