A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Roy did a fabulous job picking up & delivering our couch from LA to San Francisco. His service was excellent/very professional and he was able to accomodate a long trip at a reasonable price. The couch arrived in mint condition. He was a pleasure to work with & would recommend to anyone else. Thanks again!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to closure on the I-5, the AMover company was unable to pick up my couch. They contacted me and let me know of the unexpected closure of the highway. Totally understandable cancellation.

I really wanted to do this job as the pick up was only one hour from my last customer and the delivery was in SF where we are based out of. Unfortunatly mother nature had other ideas. The grapevine was closed due to ice and snow conditions and I had to go around it adding 7 hours to my roundtrip. By the time I was able to start to go to this pick up destination the warehouse was closed. I hope that Carolyn will consider AMOVER for jobs in the future.
