A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had chosen my pick up dates that uship said it was available he needed it moved today. I feel if he had not booked it with in hours of when he needed to have it picked up this could of been avoided. Thank you

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer clearly stated shipment was to be picked up before noon and confirmed with me that I could accommodate prior to booking in which I agreed to 10:30 am.. after arriving at the warehouse for pick up at 11 the shop stated there was an unknown timeframe when will be ready due to its still on shop floor being serviced.. told customer I can pick up tomorrow if there is a confirmation on it 100% ready for shipment.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am snowed and ice in at home can not leave the dates on most of these shipments r not right so I can not pick this item up because I can not leave from my driveway thanks and I'm sorry

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I need uShip's assistance, this client does not understand how payment works. I need somebody to explain him why is there a contract outside this marketplace.
Our payment works the following way: our fee will be charged once equipment has been picked up and ready to go (I'll send pictures for your peace of mind), remaining balance must be provided to the driver on delivery (cash, check, zelle is fine).
