Teri was Great. Everything was set to go when i arrived to pick up the boat! No waiting around. The paperwork was nicely printed out with easy instructions on where to sign. Honestly one of my easier pick ups! Thats always a plus. Hope to do more business in the future!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver was supposed to pick up shipment yesterday. No communication. I reached out yesterday afternoon and driver only responded to my text message, not my phone call. Said he was having "tire issues". Called again this morning, as well as text driver. No response, no reply. I have called him again, and sent him a text. No response from him. I need the boat shipped, therefor I need to cancel and try and rebook with another reliable carrier.

Chelsea & Dustin were great. Great communication regarding delivery and she even sent me pictures once she arrived as verification. They were very thorough during the pickup as well as during the delivery. Would definitely recomment.

Teri was horrible to deal with. Very unprofessional. She expected our Delivery Driver to spend a half a day waiting for a document to be Notarized by the Buyer that was MIA. “none of these services were mentioned in the UShip Contract”. After learning of her expectations and driving hours away, we offered several times to turn around and do any and all tasks, not asking for any compensation, as we wanted to do everything in our power to make it right. We are 5 Stars. Transporter Beware!!!

Boat was delivered without issue or incident. Due to time frame of when boat was picked up, transport company drove a little farther to meet customer to ensure boat was delivered properly. Transport company is great!

Delivery was made. Not sure I would use again though. Arrived late, looked like he was living out of his suburban and didn't have the right tow hitch. Then he stopped for a long period in Vegas. But boat was delivered with no damage to customer.
