During unloading Kevin damaged a historical race car to the tune of $4,000. Completely unprepared for a non-running vehicle, did not have a wench or any ability to load a car that could not be driven. He was not careful during the unloading process which resulted in the nose of the car being significantly damaged. He apologized and said he would give me his insurance info. He has since refused to provide insurance info & now says I will need to sue him. They claim to have insurance but don't

Took way longer to book then was originally committed. And I was the one who had to keep calling to find out the status. Poor communications. I am pleased with the shipping service in the end not so much the process to get there

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I want a full refund for this. I do not fault the shipper but your bidding process is very confusing. I also don't know what happens now? Do the previous bids get reset? I have to put this out to bid all over again?!?
