Shipment was delivered as quoted. Rob communicated well with us when there were unexpected delays and kept us posted on the ETA of the shipment from the time of pickup to the delivery. Took good care of our items/boxes once in his possession and all items were delivered intact and in excellent condition...without a scratch!
Would recommend him and would consider using his services again in the future should the need arise.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider was supposed to make the pick up by 12/8/08 and delivery by 12/12/08. He missed the appointments. On 12/10/08 I received an email from the service provider that they would need to cancel due to problems beyond their control. Subsequently, several emails went back and forth between myself and the service provider on 12/10/08 to clarify whether he was canceling or rescheduling. Consequently, the service provider stated that if I could wait until 1/3/09 he would "definately" be
