The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No information is ever provided on the status of the move, every week I will call them, and they will tell me story of how is been worked & that they will call back, and they never do.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider is demanding I sign a service agreement with their company. I declined.
I made him understand that all terms & conditions are already covered by Uship, hence, NO OTHER AGREEMENT required.
Broker provides no feedback on load movement, until after 10 days, then he started by telling me he could not find my contact info ( BS of course), then requested I sign service agreement, plus he would charge me 7% if I pay with credit card.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Couple of days after booking shipment, mover sent me a text msg that he could not proceed as he had proposed. Reason: he could not find anybody to baby sit for him.
he then said, next friday (7 days away) .
Today being wednesday; 2days before the said Friday; i contacted mover to confirm he would still move this Friday. Then replies; "am sorry i cant do it this friday; i have to work at my other job"
Hack i care, if you are a mover stick to it, or work at your job.
