This customer refused to pay the bill for shipment, when we arrived with his bike. He had canceled shipment, then decided to have us complete it for him. After dropping the bike to him without getting payment.. He found damage.Then he wanted to file a claim on our insurance. Terrible customer,,Bad intentions from the start..Read all of our feedback carefully..over 300 bikes no complaints..So do the math.. bad carrier or shifty customer. Response from Robert B.: Shipper acknoledged damage upon drop off. Why else would he leave without getting paid? Told me he wanted to handle damage on his own without insurance claim then told me his deductible was $2500 ($1700 damage est.) so I could take him to court. I witnessed bikes front suspension compressed so far, front fender hit crash bar and tool bags and boxes all stacked around bike in trailer. Says he has child support and bankruptsy judgements against him already so to "get in line"... Real scumbag!!!!!!

Apex did over $1700 worth of damage to my bike. Mark signed off on it at pick-up with no damage. He aknowledged the damage upon delivery and gave me false ins. info. I told him I would pay the balance owed to him once he gave me proper ins. info and a claim number. He refused telling me his deductible is $2500 and he has no money to pay for the damages. Mark told me to get in line when I mantioned court. Nice. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEM. They are hacks! STEER CLEAR OF APEX!!! Response from jacksea: This customer refused to pay his bill for shipment of his bike..When the bike was first booked with us ,he tried to go around Uship..canceled through them..I advised him to relist it and we would except. We transported from California to Massachusetts. We were one day late, customer said he was not paying a dime for shipment.. Read feedback from all our customers, bad carrier or shifty con man. He also conviently found damage to keep from paying his bill to us.

Jay and Christina couldn't have been more professional. Great communication throughout the transport and flexibility on their part at pick up that could have been a problem otherwise. My Harley Road Glide arrived right on time, in perfect condition and handled with great pride and care. These people are true professionals that take their job seriously. I would recommend this carrier to anyone who wants great service, communication, and professionalism. I will use them again... absolutely
