Johnny and Karen are a husband/wife team that's very professional. Every step of the way, from the first call to just touch base to the completed shipment delivery, their communication was EXCELLENT!!! They texted me their status and a picture of Louie at each stop, so I could easily forward it on to my sister (Louie's previous owner). Louie was pampered every mile. Also, they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what was asked of them!!! Thank you for your wonderful service and caring hearts! -Sierra

Excellent!!! Brian was very professional and personable. Great communication - kept us informed during the entire trip from OH to GA every 2 - 3 hours. Equine Savy/Knowledgable - provided great insight into the haflinger breed (etc) per years of experience with family horse business. Man of his word - Completed our shipment although northbound run had not offically confirmed. Mohawk was in great condition when he arrived due to Brian's attention to detail for his care. THANK YOU BRIAN!
