I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Dear Madam or Sir, The collection was agreed on 18th of March. Prior my payment the courier was replying in less than a minute via email. After the payment communication was poor. On the day of collection I tried to find out collection time slot. The courier didn't answer his phone nor replied to text messages or emails. I got in touch with your customer service and you emailed him on my behalf and suggested to ask for a refund in case of no reply from the courier. We still haven't
