The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services P/U TERMS WERE FOR PICK UP WITHIN 5 DAYS , ADVISED SHIPPER I WOULD DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO PICK UP BY FRIDAY AND IT SHOULD BUT 5 DAY PICK UP WINDOW WAS REQUESTED

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This is simple just read the emails. I chose them because they said they would not have a problem moving my vehicle by Fri. I tried calling uship customer support on Sat but it said it was after hours? I don't feel it's right to keep any of my refund. I did everything right on my end and I was misled by the carrier.
