The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider's van is not in working order and because I was unable to reach him, I reserved a truck for the weekend that I can no longer cancel without $100 cancellation fee. Since his vehicle is unavailable and I had to make other arrangements, I need to cancel the order.
