A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They were unprepared for the weather conditions, ended up breaking their transportation and snowed in nearby but were unable to complete my brother's move. We worked things out but I need this listing to be removed from, marked as complete on, or cancelled from my Uship account.

After a communication snafu regarding days, we worked it out and they were real troopers! Fast, nice, and willing to work with me past their expected finish time. Sorry it took so long, guys! While I hope not to move for a long while, I’d be happy to work with them again.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

Mover arrived about an hour later, but with an extra helper, so they were able to make up the difference. He had double booked the day, underestimating how much time my move would take, but we were able to work around it so we both made our deadlines.
Otherwise, mover was friendly and professional and I'd be happy to use his services again.
