A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

It's amazing what a small businessman that is trying to grow a company will do. Even when David got held up on a previous shipment he didn't bail or leave me in the lurch. He showed up late Monday evening and loaded. Although the hour was late and I know he wanted to get on the road he made a point of walking around the load numerous times to be sure it was secure. Communication was excellent throughout the shipping process. If I have another shipment he gets first shot. (***** 5 Star Service)

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mike tried to make the pickup but he had a problem with the delivery prior to my oickup and had to cancel. I am not upset with the service provider as I understand that these conflicts happen I just need to re-bid the shipment.
