I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I had this scheduled for 4/6 and there was an issue on my part with the bank and the funds transfer. The shipper said he would pick it up the next week and deliver on/or around 4/17. I talked with him on Monday 4/19 and he said he would pick up that day or the next and have it to me by Friday. He has not picked up the load and he will not answer his phone or return my calls since Monday 4/19.
I would seriously consider using a more reputable shipper that will communicate with you.
