I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have text messages stating that I was there at the agreed upon time, the product was not there. I was willing to wait until the next day, but she did not get back with me in time. I had other deliveries and pick ups scheduled. I have offered to have my in town driver pick up the vanity and store it with the provision that it could not be delivered for another week or ten days.

Pickup was a bit last minute as far as time communication and abandoned my dresser upon delivery at the bottom of the road. Luckily I had hired help for lifting and delivering it which the driver did not wait for even though I gave him the time the help would arrive. The helper had to go to the home and tell the resident that the dresser had been delivered but at the bottom of the road. He was able to help my customer carry it to their garage where it would be safe. Things could have ended bad.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Horrible communication and last minute cancellation. I could have booked with someone else to get this shipment delivered on time instead of waiting for this carrier to arrive. Advance notice would have been better and professional as my time is valuable and I have a business to run too. Will not be using ever again.
