I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I was told the truck is in repair a week ago. I have tried to reach the carrier without any response and do not feel confident that the shipment will be picked up in a timely manner. Unfortunately I have wasted time by booking with this carrier.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have waited extensively for pickup. After reaching out myself, the ETA was prolonged week after week. I am a business as well and situations like this reflect poorly on mine even though the carrier is not related to m business. 3 weeks wasted expecting prompt pickup as scheduled in the booking details. Very unfortunate as I could have passed along more clients for the carrier. My time is money as well.
