A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The recipient of the shipment had a change in their schedule due to a family matter and didn't have anyone to receive their shipment on their behalf. I have a contractual obligation to delivery within the next 10 days and need to find an alternative method of delivery to meet this timeframe.
