This family was so patient with us. The alternator on our 2012 transport van went out and we were very late on pick up. Once we were able to pick up they still made the expierence great for us and I appreciate that. They also donated 24 lbs of dog food for our rescue! Bless the Dew family!

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment At the time I agreed to the shipment, I had a truck that was supposed to be very close and on the identical route back. As it is the truck has been diverted and did not even make it into the area and is more than 350 miles away at the closest point, making it impossible to pick up the animal.

wow what a great experience, both stephanie and monique are the utmost professionals and have good experiences with transporting pets. Our sheba was brought home within 14hrs of pickup and you could tell that she enjoyed the trip with monique. I will definitely recommend to others and if you have any questions/concerns please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Please if they are in your area trust them for transport.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I would request return of monies to my pay pal account and will notify PayPal of this being your shippers cancellation immediately. This could have been handled differently and I would suggest better communication from your shippers. Will look for other services
