The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The original request was for a home pickup and delivery. The actual pickup is at a antique store that’s did not support the hours I stated i am available for. The delivery also was not a home adress but a business address instead. that was not available on weekends. My original quote stated I would pick up on Friday and deliver the same day. Unfortunately actual needs did not coincide with my original quote.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services do not use this service provider, they canceled the shipment after being in constant contact with me all morning. He will no longer respond to emails not will he answer his phone. I am now in a panic trying to find someone. Unprofessional
