The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I received an email from the provider as soon as i booked them and then I needed to get this shipment out asap but unfortunately they would not call me or respond to any other emails i sent them even though i tried many times. to sum up: they said it would be in the window given and then they did not communicate whatsoever with me once the curtesy booking email was sent to me.
