The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer gave wrong information. She said it is business to business and now it turns out it is Residence needs a lift gate. We send a carrier this morning and they denied this load because improperly packaged Not secure to pallet with overhang. The picture is totally different than what they were picking up. I told customer I need the right dimensions to book her accordingly. I never asked her which carrier to use.I can't book a load with false information.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was supposed to be picked up from Shipper but the trucker never showed up nor "NO" Communication from the trucker he is not answering his phone no he is not texting me back so definitely I think there is a problem with the trucking I would like a full refund and cancellation of this shipment
