I did not show up at agreed upon date and time They did not show up nor can I call them it goes to vm constantly. No way to contact. Will not communicate. Possible scam?

I no longer need my item(s) shipped There is no possible way to ship this item as there is no crane or hydraulic trailer to move this so I will not be purchasing the boat nor moving it. Communication has been excellent between myself and the shipper. Shipper has been very great and understanding to this situation. Would definitely use their services in the future. Request refund of deposit.thanks
