Amy is an amazing lady..very sincere, hard working, determined and full of enthusiasm. Although she was a bit late in arriving for pick up, she loaded everything quickly and drove thru the night to reach the destination ahead of schedule..she is very trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider there are several reasons why i am uncomfortable with this shipper:
1. first, he did not show up within two days of booking as he had promised
2. second, he said he will show up today (4 days later) at 11 am but did not show up until 1.
3. He came in with an open trailer that was already loaded so he said he would have to find a storage space to empty it out, then he would load our stuff...
4. Then he said after loading our stuff he would drive 30 miles and transfer our stuff to a boxed truc
