Customers scammed me for the deliver fee. Customer did not want to pay me

I made a concession for him to deliver in my absence, From the CCTV camera, The driver appeared intoxicated, was violent, and also took back the items he pretended to have delivered. He evidently did not understand the way Uship works. He kept shouting that I had scammed him and that he did not have gas to get to the next destination. His speech was extremely profane and disrespectful.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider is not reachable after promising to show up to pick up the items that are time-sensitive. This seems to be the same trend i have read about this service provider.
