Shipper either did a poor job of inspecting the vehicle before it left the dealership or they damaged the vehicle themselves. Of course the shipper refused to take responsibility, ooh big suprise! Don't ship with guy, either way he'll damage the vehicle or complete and improper inspection at time of pickup.

Brian was incredible at accomodating me. He did everything he could to make sure he picked up my car while I was still in California. As a matter of fact , he drive all the way from San Diego to LA that same night I accepted his bid. He immediately made his way to Houston and made sure he timed his rest stops so I could have my car for the weekend. Bottom line is took the best care of my car anhe had my it on my driveway within 3 days of when I paid for it! Can't ask for better than that.
