The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Items are larger then advertise items are 7 foot tall and will not fit in my trailer was posted at 4 foot 2 inch tall customer requested out side transfer which I decline d electronic item will not haul outdoor s both agree to end contract

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My route has changed drastically. The U ship map showed this pick up location closer to my route. I should have verified actual location on a real map prior to booking. Too much back tracking for a small item. I am really sorry for wasting everyone's time.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it It is very difficult when individuals do not take responsibility. Countless phone calls and emails to this person over month. The only communication was to change his booking detail.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider i have been insisting over months so they can pickup my shipment and they complicate everything, they even tried and changing the price. i just got tired of insisting for their service and they dont help. ive sent them all the information they need. but they just wont do the job
