Ken is a great sevice provider, AAArating as far as Iam concerned, the seller was getting frustrated, because she thought the sled would be picked up right away, well Ken had a mechanical breakdown and was getting behind, so to keep her happy he went out of his way to pick up the sled and and hauled it around for 2 weeks before we could meet, Ken is in constant contact with you which is reasurring, if you need a excellant provider use Ken, thanks again for a job well done.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to contact this provider for the last 2 weeks by phone left several messages by email several times and have asked uship twice to find out what is wrong but no one is answering, this shipment is now cancelled!
