I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service Provider has not been reacheable for two weeks. They were suppose to pick up the horses yesterday and they never showed up. I am also requesting re-imbursement for additional boarding costs that will be incurred due to shipper not following through on agreed contract.

They were absolutely excellent. The highest level of care for the horse, great updates as the trip went on, and the shipper went above expectations to make sure the horse made it to the buyer by the expected date. I highly recommend this shipper and would most definitely use them again with the greates confidence.
