Pickup took 2 hours due to waiting for customer to provide something to authorize pickup. Pickup wanted authorization, but was willing to accept the purchase number verification from the customer. Number sent to me was wrong one, but Jose at pickup trusted me to allow me to take the products anyway. Upon delivery, Chris was surprised at how big the pallet was. Shipment was delivered and payment was received, but I don't plan on bidding on his shipments again.

Didn't have paperwork for pickup. He assured me I didn't need it. Phone number provided was to the Phoenix corporate offices of Government Liquidators. Had to make two trips to Government Liquidators in OKC for pickup. There was 7 hours between trips awaiting for the paperwork completion. Good thing I live in OKC. Also picked up a shipment in Dallas for Chris and it was more of the same. Waited 2 hrs there to make pickup work. I don't have any desire to ship for Chris again, but I did get paid.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After trying to communicate with customer for location of pickup and no response until it was to late to pick up load I had other loads to be delivered on a timely schedule

Took a little while to come but, everything well handled. Will do business with him again.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Shipper won't pick up package, won't return calls and won't respond to email enquiries. It's already past the time he promised doing the delivery and as of now, the package is still at the source.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider sent the receiver an email asking for location of pick up. After a couple of hours not getting a reply, being in possession of my phone number, it was his place to call directly to inquire how/where to pick up the item. Not every one is in front of the computer all the time. He was in possession of my phone number and just could have called for necessary inquiries. He did not.This shipper isn't serious because he had earlier cancelled on the bid before accepting it.

Hard quite a good experience using them. Will re-use them if need be
