This has been the most pleaseant shipping experience I've ever had. He was up front and quick on delivery. He's has been, by far, the best shipper I have ever used.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved 1) The shipper did not pick up the bike when he was supposed to. 2) Therefore the bike was not delivered on time. 3) The shipper doesnt communicate as problems arise. 4) The shipper now wants to charge me more for his mistakes. This shipper is terrible at being truthful, being on time, communication, being responsible, and will make plenty of false promises. I would not advise anyone to uses greg barlow. I uses him once before and the same thing happened. I though I would give him anoth

None of the above is true. At time of pickup customer called driver and informed him no one would be there,And wanted to reschedule driver informed the customer will be at a later date.The next scheduled time wasn't convenient enough for the customer due to the races,and their schedule.
