A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer posted the wrong dates for pick up when we accepted the job, seller has
A very restricted days and times for pick up, we sent trucks to the location twice
And both dates seller couldn’t meet up with drivers we offer another dates for pick up
But customer decided to cancel unfortunately we are not local and can stay in the same city
For 2 days to load this item we fell sorry things didn’t work for this shipment

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The seller and I both had difficulty in contacting this transit provider. The transit provider made excuses as to why they had not scheduled my pick up, although I had a 10-day window for pick up, the provider attempted to convince me that I selected three-days. This has been a communication disaster as now the provider is not answering email or phone calls.
