Just need to ship my motorcycle...

We had a tire blow out that delayed delivery and a few nicks on some furniture, but other than that from Chicago to Phoenix I'd say it was a good move. We offer $.60 per pound and full coverage up to $100,000 for additional charges.

Facts:
1) the pick-up date was rescheduled twice
2) delivery took 7 days and happened 2 days later than the last promised date in the bid
3) the furniture was reloaded at least once and was very dusty
4) the following damage to the furniture:
-- glass corners of a very expensive glass-top table broken
-- bookshelf scratched in multiple spots
-- lounge chair has a hole
-- sofa has dirt spots on the side
-- one wardrobe squished
5) demanded payment before unloading, threatened court acti Response from RelocationSpecialist: Like we said we had a blow out which caused some damage. We also provide insurance if needed. Please call so that any damages can be taken care of. Thanks.

Mikey took real good care of our things -- everything arrived in the same condition it left. He was also a good communicator. There were a few glitches with the timing but nothing major. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We have mutually agreed to cancel as Rob had a family emergency. I had no issues with communicating to Rob, he had promptly issued a refund of my deposit, and I wish him and his family all the best. Response from rob19851: my only cancelation that's my fault.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need to have my shipment delivered within a particular timeframe (to which the shipper agreed). There were several pick up dates that the shipper has agreed to but hasn't been able to make. Now the shipper again can't confirm this weekend pick-up. I can't risk this to happen because I need my motorcycle delivered between Feb 24-27. Response from jimcarterjr1: the shipper kept changing time lines and then the snow storms came in and mess up all its really hard to keep jumping around on time lines just for one person we did our best and i am sorry for you it was not good enough you should have listed your only late saterday and sunday stuff and we would have never took and im sure many others will not as well
