Since then, we've reached out to Mr. Vail on several occasions to find out when the item would be picked up from our business location in Georgia. Mr. Vail has not replied to any of our messages. My first experience eith UShip! A little unsure of jow it worked initially but once the item was picked up in Florida it was delivered to us the very next day in North Georgia! I’d use them again! Very polite and efficient!
