There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved let me start by saying that it's not the shippers fault, i accepted the bid for 449.00, and i followed uship's instructions that when you don't know the class of the shipment leave it blank , however when you do that the class comes up as number 50, so the shipper says that's what he was ready to ship for 449.00, but now after he found out the accurate class numbers, he asks 699.00, which we don't feel at this moment comfortable paying this increased price, thank you

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period before the payment, we were able to contact jonburke on the phone number he provided, and we were in communication with him, and he agreed that after we pay him he'll pick up and deliver , it sounded smoothly, and no further problems were suspicious, but after we paid him via credit card, that was the last we've heard from him, not being able to reach him after trying numerous times through email and phone, and when calling the same phone number that we used before the payment to him, now afterw

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the communication with the service provider was very good, everything was supposed to work out perfectly, the driver even showed up on location nice and early for pickup, but the company would not load the product on his truck, because he has a flatbed, and they have a policy not to load chocolate on open trucks like a flatbed, only in closed trucks, so we're very sorry that it did'nt work out, it's really nobody's fault here, but we hope in the future to use him again for shipments
