The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We assigned a driver to pick up this vehicle today. When we called to tell the client that we have a driver assigned and we are picking up today the client refused to accept the pick up. She said that she does not want to work with us and does not want us to pick up the vehicle.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a confusion between the carrier the service provider was contracting with and the owners of the vehicle due to miscommunication. By the time this was resolved, another provider had been selected to pick up the vehicle. As a result, this shipment was cancelled and assigned to a different carrier.
