My experience with Robert and his wife was very nice. They were very kind and communicated very well when they had delays. My only gripe was when i received the motorcycle the front of the bike was cranked down quite a bit which led to a blown front fork seal that I needed to replace. I understand they were just making sure it was secure, but unfortunately they cranked it down a little too much and now it will be costing me about 150 to replace. All in all it was a pretty good experience.

I extremely careful while transporting customers property! Upon inspection when I delivered your motorcycle 7 weeks ago it should of been brought to my attention or shortly after. I am always available through email or phone. I strive to give all our customer outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Where do i start? One said they could not do it the other said they could. I contacted them and asked if they could and spoke with Corey, he said he could pick it up This was saturday. I FINALLY got ahold of them and spoke with his wife today, and she said that they could not do it. Yet i received a bid, they accepted, and then did not contact me or anything after. This was the first time I have used UShip.com and it was a wonderful experience. Mike was extremely helpful in taking not only my motorcycle but the helmets, jackets, cover, and charger at NO ADDITIONAL COST! He is an all around nice guy. I highly recommend him to all that are looking for items shipped. I will definitely use him again when he has a chance to head back out this way! Thanks Mike for a great first experience!
