If I am ever in Iowa, I will buy Traci a drink. She is amazing! She helped my desk go through customs from Canada to Houston, TX in a matter of a few days. Excellent communication, not a day went by I didn't hear from her. Very easy to get along with, completely professional, and she knows her stuff.
