Excellent experience with these men. Very fast, courteous, dedicated. I was truly surprised to see how rapidly they did the pickup and dropoff far away. From NC mountains to Florida. Highly recommend these brothers.

Deliver by date clearly stated in auction. Shipper claimed he would provide "awesome" service. He was not the least expensive but I accepted his bid. He was nearly 3 weeks late in delivering. Only got the chair delivered and a discount for the failure to deliver by due date after opening a PayPal claim, contacting uShip customer service, and over a dozen emails back and forth with them to get the thing resolved. "." Response from hmd: Everyone gets into a situation where family problems take over present normal routines. Even when family crises occur. Looks like a shipper can't be concerned with that. Bernard Blake, collected this large piece within 3 days and had it delivered across the country within a week. Communication and follow up was excellent. Price, service, time - it could not have been any better in any of these categories. This man is the real thing.
