A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

From all my U ship experiences this was by far the best for me. When we initially had a problem at the delivery point Micah went the extra mile to arrange without charging me extra. Throughout the whole process the communication was very good. Important to know that somebody takes care well of your goods when you are far away, like me being in Indonesia. Well done Micah, I have bookmarked you for future shipments

Thanks for arranging this shipment for me. Communication was very poor and needs to be improved for future business. But main point is that the Max amphibious arrived in good shape.

Initially a bit of a problem with the communication, maybe partly because for both first time experience with overseas contact and the time difference. Paul is a great guy who takes the business very serious and took good care of my atvs. Furthermore they were all delivered on time. I'm sure for a next transport the respons will be quicker and I will for sure give the job again to Paul if he's interested.
