After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider was unable to pick up shipment due to weather on original date. Service provider communicated he could complete shipment in two weeks. One month later and still no definitive answer on when service provider can complete shipment.

everything is correct except for the last part, we did give him a date, as we had to re-schedule his pick up with our other deliverlies and/or pick ups. we do wish him luck. the car was sitting in the middle of a field with 7" of rain that day and no way to reach the car
