Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I ORIGINALY QUOATED 14 DAYS TILL PICK UP. OWNER CALLED BEGGING TO UPGRADE SCHEDULE. WE DISRUPTED OUR ENTIRE SCHEDULE TO ACCOMIDATE SHIPPER. HE ASKED FOR A MONDAY PICK UP IN FLORIDA AFTER 5 PM. AT 4 PM HE CANCLED BECAUSE HE COULD NOT REACH ME. I WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR TWO HOURS DUE TO FAILURE OF MY BRAND NEW DROID PHONE. I USE MY PHONE FOR EMAIL AS WELL AS TALKING. TOTALY UNREALISTC AND UNFAIR. WE LOST HUNDREDS BY THIS MOVE HE PULLED. HE SHOLD NOT BE GIVEN ANY CREDIT. WE WERE READY WILLING AND ABLE

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with the shipper on Friday and was told the boat would be picked up on Monday night. I have emailed, texted, and called to leave a message (mailbox was full, could not leave a message) to finalize the details with no luck. Good communication between the shipper and customer is paramount and this company does not possess it.

WHEN I QUOATED THIS SHIPMENT I LISTED PICK UP WITHIN 14 DAYS. YHE SHIPPER CONTACTED ME AFTER ACCEPTING BID DEMANDING SHIPMENT IMMEDIATLY. I REARANGED OUR ENTIRE SCHEDULE TO ACCOMIDATE THIS MAN. WE AGREED ON A 5PM PICK UP MY FATHER WHO IS OUR SECOND DRIVER WAS FIVE MILES FROM THE DESTINATION HAVING COFEE AWAITING 5PM. IN THE MEANTIME MY BRAND NEW DROID PHONE BLACKED OUT I WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR TWO HOURS. THE CUSTOMER JUMPED THE GUN AND CANCLED . HE EVEN CALLED ME AND APPOLOGIZED.
