My delivery was 2 stone tables; unfortunately Emmanuel & his co-worker damaged one table while loading. They are very heavy tables. With the unfortunate circumstances, Emmanuel took responsibility and asked to pay for the piece and refunded the delivery fee. Accidents happen during deliveries as I’ve experienced and I think he handled this well.
