Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward
|

This was my second time going with Gary and his team for my moving needs. I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER because these guys are really efficient and organized. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He worked to accomodate my needs to ensure they would be able to complete my move. Came out to survey the job and was told the trailer was too large for my apt complex but Gary assured me that the job would get done regardless, that was comforting. Thanks guys for taking care of me AGAIN!!

The movers were great! There were 3 guys and they were hard workers. They wasted no time. My only complaint would be that, I think my move took a little longer due to the main service provider with the large truck in pic(which was the reason I chose this provider) did not show up. So the guys worked with what they had, which was 2 pickups and a flatbed hauler. They also loaded on my pickup truck. If I didn't have a truck the move would have taken even longer. 2 trips were made.Would Recommend.

Thanks for the positive feedback! My helpers called and told me the big trailer wouldn't work, so I didn't bring it. I told you it would take 5 hours, and it did.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I emailed the service provider, never received a reply. I called both phone numbers provided by uship, they were both disconnected. Service provider called and left a number for me to call him back. I called the number back he was unavailable to speak to me and was suppose to call me the next day at a scheduled time, he didn't call. I called him back three days later and got no answer and the voicemail box was full, a young lady immediately called me back to tell me that he wasn't in the offi

Service was GREAT!! Items were carefully wrapped and transported. Awesome communication ensured a hassle free and smooth move.
