The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer has all documents of insurance as I sent him, including policy number address and name of insurance holder, customer refused to see any other paper work with address and company’s name as the certificate holder for the cargo liability insurance, I was honest and straight forward and sent him the info he requested.

I understand how the insurance works and how a sole proprietor works. I am in commercial business and have shipped thousands of items. When I am supplies information that does not match the name of the company, it is a red flag. Also the fact that 90 percent of his clients have cancelled. Not professional and just did not give me a good feeling. The documents supplied for cargo insurance did not show his companies name, the insurance companies name or the policy number. Stay away!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The insurance is in a personal name, it is not commercial coverage and the documents he provided for the insurance on the item do not show a company name, address or policy number. He is not being honest or straight forward.
