Overall, my move went well. All items delivered in good condition. The main area they could improve on is email communication. Very slow to respond on email, but when I called them, the lady was very helpful and responsive. Like most movers, they didn't show up exactly on time, but I knew to expect that and they did call 30 minutes before pickup and delivery to give us a heads up. The delivery guys went out of their way to help me out. I would use them again.

Great to work with. This was my first "uship" experience and I was very impressed with how the movers handled my furniture upon delivery, even carefully wrapping a lightbulb and making sure it didnt break from Florida to Virginia. Good communication too. Thanks!!
