The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer stated the wrong dimensions and weight on this shipment. We sent in a truck last week to pick up and the truck was unable to load due to incorrect specs. We told him we would look for another truck. I told him Friday we would be in on Monday to pick this up. Our truck was on there way in this morning and we contacted Jack to let him know and he said he was cancelling because he did not hear from us, when we clearly told him on the phone on Friday it was picking up Monday.

it is in Warrenville, IL now and it still has to go to Vista CA. you are more then welcome to deliver it. you did not have a driver at a time when sending the offer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi, a scheduling conflict. Customer emailed me that the load will not be available till Monday, since it was an auction and had to give then at least 24 hours notice. Then on Sunday night I received email from customer that it would not be available till next Friday. We offered to try to pickup by the end of the day Monday, and since it moved to Tuesday, we are not able to wait any longer. We waited for the shipment over the weekend.

I COULD NOT SELECT "0" STAR, BUT RRTS IS POOR MORE THAN ZERO!. RRTS DELIVERED SECOND PALLET TO DIFFERENT PLACE IN DIFFERENT DAY WHAT CAUSE THAT I DID MANY CALL PHONES TO FIND PLACE WHERE THEY LOSE IT WHILE BOTH PALLETS HAS BEEN PICKED UP IN THE SAME TIME. RRTS CHARGED EXTRA FEE FOR NOT WIPED OR EVAPORATED GAS TANK FROM WET BOTTOM OF IT.THEY WAS LATE. FEW TIMES CUSTOMER SERVICE DID CALL TRANSFER TO NOBODY TO WASTE MY TIME(AND MONEY)- AT LEAST ONE HOUR. THE PALLE HAS BEEN DAMAGED- NO RECOMENDED
